HOW WE WORK WITH COOPERATING AGENTS
The personalized service that NOCO delivers to its own clients extends to buyers’ agents too. We team with all cooperating agents to provide prompt and courteous assistance throughout the transaction process.
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE TEAM
NOCO’s office staff is dedicated to helping cooperating agents close a transaction. NOCO assigns a transaction coordinator and administrator to each contract so that it concludes successfully. Because the entire NOCO office is dedicated to your success, listing agents always have a backup to collaborate with you.
WE’RE JUST A CALL AWAY
NOCO’s office is open seven days a week and we’re just a call away. Because everyone is compensated based on the team’s effort, we’re always there even if the listing agent isn’t immediately available. A licensed NOCO agent will always be on hand to help a cooperating agent on any transaction.
SELLERS CAN SWEETEN THE DEAL
Some home sellers may offer buyers’ agents more money than the flat fee listed in our schedule, but we leave it up to the sellers to decide. Because there is no standard compensation, our sellers will pay what they believe is reasonable.
STRIVING FOR BALANCE
Like most people, we believe in creating a balance between our working and personal lives. NOCO is focused on timely personal service but our agents request that contracts never close on Sundays or later than 5 p.m. We realize emergencies can happen any time and we’ll be there for you during working hours.
Aimee Ceccarelli, manager
Managing a busy group of real estate agents is a piece of cake for Aimee, who grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Aimee’s father owned a concrete and construction company and she started working for him at a young age in the office and on job sites. Armed with degrees in management and accounting, Aimee moved to Naples three years ago to manage a team of real estate agents before joining NOCO. Aimee’s two children keep her and her husband busy with sports, especially baseball.
Lee Blackston, partner and Managing Broker
Lee moved to Naples in 1998 with his family and opened a chain of successful restaurants before launching his own mortgage company and real estate career. Some nights you might catch the father of two playing guitar or piano with The Ex-Bachelors, a popular Motown and soul band in town. An Englishman by birth, Blackston doesn’t mince words when it comes to which club he cheers for: Manchester United, the greatest football team — ever..
Brad Herriott, broker associate
For 17 years, Brad flew for United Airlines before he retired as a big-jet captain in Naples. Too young to retire, Brad joined a traditional real estate agency in 2012 and quickly realized there had to be a better way to help people buy and sell real estate. The father of four children is an accomplished trombone player. His favorite music to perform is Dixieland jazz.
