NOCO’s office staff is dedicated to helping cooperating agents close a transaction. NOCO assigns a transaction coordinator and administrator to each contract so that it concludes successfully. Because the entire NOCO office is dedicated to your success, listing agents always have a backup to collaborate with you.
WE’RE JUST A CALL AWAY
NOCO’s office is open seven days a week and we’re just a call away. Because everyone is compensated based on the team’s effort, we’re always there even if the listing agent isn’t immediately available. A licensed NOCO agent will always be on hand to help a cooperating agent on any transaction.
SELLERS CAN SWEETEN THE DEAL
Some home sellers may offer buyers’ agents more money than the flat fee listed in our schedule, but we leave it up to the sellers to decide. Because there is no standard compensation, our sellers will pay what they believe is reasonable.
STRIVING FOR BALANCE
Like most people, we believe in creating a balance between our working and personal lives. NOCO is focused on timely personal service but our agents request that contracts never close on Sundays or later than 5 p.m. We realize emergencies can happen any time and we’ll be there for you during working hours.
