WELCOME TO NOCO
Technology has transformed how people buy and sell homes, but most real estate agents still charge customers too much money. Four Naples entrepreneurs and real estate veterans decided to toss the traditional commission-based system but keep the top-notch personal service that the best residential brokerages are known for in Collier and Lee counties. Welcome to NOCO: No commission, full-service real estate — Where customer service isn’t based on commissions!

Lee moved to Naples in 1998 with his family and opened a chain of successful restaurants before launching his own mortgage company and real estate career. Lee managed a successful team at Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate for 10 years before launching NOCO with his partners. Some nights you might catch the father of two playing guitar or piano with The Ex-Bachelors, a popular Motown and soul band in town. An Englishman by birth, Blackston doesn’t mince words when it comes to which club he cheers for: Manchester United, the greatest football team — ever..
Brad Black, partner

He’s developed thousands of acres for residential developments, sold more than 800 homes during the economic downturn and owns a successful title company that manages more than $50 million in transactions each year. Aimee Ceccarelli, Estate Agent
Managing a busy group of real estate agents is a piece of cake for Aimee, who grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Aimee’s father owned a concrete and construction company and she started working for him at a young age in the office and on job sites. Armed with degrees in management and accounting, Aimee moved to Naples three years ago to manage a team of real estate agents before joining NOCO. Aimee’s two children keep her and her husband busy with sports, especially baseball.
